Shiella de Leon was born and raised in Manilla, Philippines. She was a registered midwife in the Philippines. Shiella emigrated to Canada in 1994, taking up residence in Stratford, ON., where she worked for FAG Aerospace. While living in Stratford she volunteered regularly at Stratford General Hospital. Along with her family, Shiella moved to London in 1997. She began volunteering with the "Our Daily Bread Foodbank" in 2007. Seeing her dedication and hard work, the Board hired Shiella as the Coordinator/Administrator for St. Paul's Social Services Food Bank. Shiella has served faithfully in that role for 15 years. Shiella is compassionate and enthusiastic. She puts those gifts to good use in her work and thoroughly enjoys being a servant to God's Community.
